In order to continuously gather feedback from customers and stakeholders, The Joint Commission created an online feedback form that allows customers and other interested parties to comment on the standards. This form, available via the Internet, allows for constant customer and stakeholder feedback on the standards— without waiting for a formal field engagement.
In particular, The Joint Commission wants to know which standards customers and stakeholders value the most and those that they consider to be of questionable value to the delivery of quality health care.
